Are you licensed and insured?

YES! Beans & Bubbles is an LLC with licensed bartenders, General & Liquor Liability Insurance.

When do you arrive the day of event?

Typically we arrive 45 minutes ahead of the start of the party. If your event is a wedding, we will arrive 1.5 hours ahead of the ceremony to make sure we aren't causing a ruckus when you're saying "I do".

Do you supply the liquor?

Since we are not licensed to sell alcohol, you can buy the alcohol anywhere you want! This removes any margin for error, helps you save money, and you get to keep the leftovers for the after party.

What is included in the price?

Our pricing is all inclusive minus the cost of alcohol. This means that we will bring everything you need for the party except the booze. 

What if I dont want alcohol at my event?

No worries! We have local partners for Coffee, teas and we most certainly make any cocktail into a  mocktail. 

How much alcohol should I buy?

This is a tricky question because there is no perfect answer. We always like to heir on the side of caution and have more than enough rather than be short. We look at your total number of invited guests and hours for event. Don't sweat it - we will provide a detailed shopping list!
